Key Requirement Updates

1. Primary Skill Focus

- Strong experience with Coupa is now the top priority.
- Zip is the secondary preference.
- Levelpath would be an added advantage, although availability is expected to be limited in the market.
- SAP S/4HANA is no longer mandatory and should be considered only as a good-to-have skill.

2. Candidate Profile Expectations

- Looking for candidates with Procurement Transformation, Solution Design, Implementation, Configuration Support, or Business Analyst experience.
- Please avoid submitting profiles that are primarily end users, invoice processors, auditors, trainers, or transactional procurement professionals.
- Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their hands-on experience during screening.

3. Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of core Coupa/Procurement Transformation experience.




- Preference for candidates with exposure to:

- Procurement

- Sourcing

- Contracting

- Risk Management
- Pure P2P-focused profiles are not preferred unless they also have robust upstream procurement experience.

4. Target Talent Pool Please prioritise candidates from:

- Coupa implementation partners
- IT consulting organisations (e.g., Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, etc.)
- Product companies and Fortune 500 organisations using modern procurement platforms
