Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect / Technology Business Partner with robust technical expertise and solution architecture experience. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Identify and prioritize AI and data-driven use cases across customer experience, operations, risk and decision intelligence.
- Translate business challenges into feasible AI-enabled and traditional technology solutions.
- Lead end-to-end solution and AI architecture activities.
- Design scalable,



secure and compliant solutions using AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, automation, analytics and cloud platforms.
- Drive solution delivery by coordinating product, engineering, data, AI, design and operations teams.
- Define AI solution patterns, reference architectures and implementation approaches.
- Work with data, AI and platform teams on data models, tools and governance.
- Guide teams on AI engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, security and performance optimization.
- Advise business and technology leaders on AI strategy, investment priorities and technology roadmaps.
- Promote responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement.
