OneEarth Solar specialises in solar panel cleaning and maintenance solutions, helping solar plant owners maximise energy generation and maintain optimal plant performance. Our services include robotic solar panel cleaning, semi-automated and handheld cleaning solutions, regular maintenance, and technology-enabled monitoring through our Earth360 platform. We cater to residential, commercial and industrial solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential clients and generate business.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our solar cleaning and maintenance solutions.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales or business development.
- Solar industry experience will be given priority.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented approach.
