Job Overview

Soltrix Energy Solar is looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for solar projects. The candidate should have knowledge of vendor coordination, material sourcing, price negotiation and purchase management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for solar projects.
- Source and identify reliable suppliers and vendors for solar materials.
- Purchase solar panels, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, cables, structures and other electrical materials.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the technical, sales and installation teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain purchase orders, supplier records and material stock details.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and deliveries.




- Monitor material costs and ensure purchases are within the approved budget.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in the solar or electrical industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar materials and electrical components is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams.
