Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in backend development using Python and frontend development using React.js.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js.
- Build robust backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks.
- Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development Python

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.




- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and API integrations.

Frontend Development – React.js

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture.
- Understanding of responsive web design and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs with React applications.

Database & Tools

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
- Solid hands-on experience in both Python and React.js.
- Experience working on end-to-end application development projects.
- Positive understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Good to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest and Jest.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and application monitoring tools.
- Understanding of system design and application architecture.
