Role: Software Engineer – Backend Development

We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer with solid hands-on experience in C#, .NET, REST API development, system integrations, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to build secure, scalable, and reusable enterprise platform services.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET backend development

Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs

Hands-on experience with API development and system-to-system integrations

Strong understanding of API contracts, validation, error handling, versioning, and documentation

Experience with SQL databases, database persistence, data modelling, and data validation

Mandatory experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management)

Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, access controls, roles, and entitlements

Experience with secure coding practices and application security

Hands-on experience with unit testing and exposure to API/integration testing

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices

Experience with application logging, monitoring, diagnostics, and audit trails

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code





Experience working in Agile development teams

Good to Have

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Access Governance, GRC, and security-sensitive applications

Workflow automation and reusable/shared services

Microservices and enterprise platform development

Docker and containerisation

Cloud development and platform engineering

Audit logging and application traceability

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on backend engineer with practical experience in C#/.NET, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and IAM. Candidates should have strong backend development skills and an understanding of application security, databases, testing, and CI/CD.
