What will you be responsible for?

? Training Delivery: Facilitate soft skills and behavioural training programmes using interactive methodologies such as role plays, case studies, group activities and simulations.

? Content Development:



Design and customise engaging learning content based on organisational learning needs and business requirements.

? Training Program Management: Manage end-to-end training coordination, execution, documentation, MIS and training effectiveness tracking.

Our Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training or Soft Skills Training.
- Hands-on experience in independently facilitating training sessions.
- Solid capabilities in learning content development and instructional design.
- Experience in training coordination, stakeholder management and reporting.
- Training / Facilitation / TTT / Instructional Design certification will be an added advantage.
