We’re hiring: Social Media Strategist

We’re an early-stage fintech startup focused on simplifying cross-border finance for individuals. We’re building for a growing community of people whose financial lives span countries, helping make the complexities of managing money across borders easier to navigate.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Strategist to build our Instagram presence, create engaging content, and grow an active community

What you’ll do

- Manage our Instagram strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day presence.
- Create Reels, carousels, Stories, and captions that turn complex topics into accessible content.
- Drive engagement through comments, DMs, and meaningful conversations.
- Identify relevant trends, collaborations, and opportunities to grow our audience.
- Track performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.




- Work closely with the founders to shape our brand voice

What we’re looking for

- Experience managing Instagram accounts and creating content for brands.
- Solid writing, storytelling, and visual content skills.
- An understanding of Instagram trends, analytics, and community building.
- Comfort with AI and tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.

Bonus: Knowledge of accounting, tax, personal finance, or cross-border financial topics—and an ability to explain them simply.
