We are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and manage influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators.
- Contact influencers and negotiate collaboration commercials.
- Manage 100–150 influencer collaborations per month.
- Coordinate product dispatch, content creation, and posting schedules.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
- Share scripts, creative briefs, and content guidelines with creators.
- Review influencer content and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Maintain influencer databases, trackers, and performance reports.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and sales generated.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Help streamline influencer marketing processes and build efficient systems.

Requirements




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers over WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
