Healthus.ai is a healthcare growth agency. We help hospital networks, clinic chains, funded health start-ups, pharma companies and wellness brands in India and abroad turn attention into appointments, using SEO, AI search, paid media, video, PR and social.

We're looking for a social media manager who can grow accounts and turn content into trust, enquiries and patients. If your idea of the job is scheduling posts and filling a monthly calendar, this role isn't for you.

What you'll own

- Instagram growth. You'll run strategy for Reels, carousels, Stories, collaborations and community, to drive reach and followers and turn DMs into enquiries.
- YouTube growth. You'll own Shorts, long-form videos, podcasts, titles, thumbnails, retention and subscriber growth. Done well, these videos also show up in Google and AI search results.
- LinkedIn thought leadership. You'll build the profiles of doctors, hospital leaders and healthcare founders so they become the go-to voices in their specialities.
- Turning doctors into credible creators. You'll help busy specialists find their voice, script their ideas and show up consistently without sounding like an ad.
- Content strategy. You'll plan content for each platform, spot trends early and adapt them responsibly for healthcare.
- Creative direction. You'll lead designers, video editors and writers, and work with medical experts to ship content that performs.
- Social to leads. You'll work with our paid media and web teams to track how followers become DMs, WhatsApp chats, calls and booked appointments.
- Analytics and iteration. You'll go beyond reach and engagement to watch time,



retention, saves, shares, profile visits and leads, then use what you learn to improve every month.
- Team and client leadership. You'll lead social media across several healthcare accounts and present growth plans to client leadership teams with confidence.

You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years in social media, ideally at an agency managing several brands.
- Have deep, hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. This is a must.
- Can show accounts you grew organically, with the numbers to prove it.
- Understand how each platform's algorithm, distribution and audience behaviour work.
- Are strong at video planning, scripting, hooks and storytelling.
- Know Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics and social media management tools well, and use AI tools to work faster.
- Understand the sensitivities of healthcare content, including NMC and ASCI guidelines, patient consent and avoiding exaggerated claims.
- Bring healthcare, wellness or doctor personal branding experience. This is a bonus, not a must.
