Star Strikers Football Academy is focused on developing India’s next generation of footballers through structured, high-quality training and extensive match exposure. The academy trains players aged 5 to 18 under AFC/AIFF-certified coaches across centers in Noida, Noida Extension, Ghitorni, and Khan Market, Delhi. Its age-specific programs emphasize discipline, teamwork, and skill development, supported by frequent league and tournament participation.

Star Strikers also offers national and international exposure, including a pathway program with Spain for select players to train and compete at professional academies. The academy is an ideal environment for individuals passionate about youth football and modern sports development.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the academy’s digital presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with campaign planning, capturing and editing photos and short videos from training sessions and matches, and writing engaging captions and posts that reflect the academy’s brand. The intern will monitor social media performance, track basic analytics,



and help respond to comments and messages to foster an active community.

This is a full-time, hybrid, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring regular coordination with coaching staff and management to highlight player achievements, events, and academy updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sports marketing or interest in football and youth sports development.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to capture and edit visual content using smartphones or entry-level editing tools.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours around training and match schedules.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
