Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Nova Linguistics’ social media presence across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and writing posts, coordinating visual assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The role involves managing social media campaigns, monitoring engagement and audience growth, and applying social media optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and performance.

prepare regular performance reports, collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing and partnership initiatives, and engage with online communities and prospects in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Content Strategy experience to develop editorial calendars, align content with business goals, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and KPIs, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience managing social media channels for service-based or education-focused organizations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently
- Interest in language learning, international education, or cross-cultural communication is an asset.
