About the Role

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, experienced and strategically driven Social Media Head to lead our organic Instagram presence, content strategy and audience engagement.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build a strong social media identity, create engaging content, grow communities organically and establish meaningful connections with audiences.

This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, leadership and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead organic Instagram growth and content strategies.
- Plan and oversee engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, posts and other Instagram content.
- Build and maintain a distinctive brand voice, visual identity and storytelling approach.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into original, relevant content.
- Manage content calendars, creative planning and publishing schedules.
- Lead and coordinate content creators, designers, editors and social media executives.
- Develop strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, followers and community interaction.
- Analyse Instagram Insights to assess content performance and optimise strategies.
- Research competitors, audience behaviour and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with leadership on creative campaigns,



brand initiatives and content direction.
- Ensure quality, consistency and timely execution across all Instagram activities.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in organic social media management.
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts organically.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, audience behaviour, content formats and trends.
- Excellent English communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong creative judgement and understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Experience managing creative teams and coordinating content production.
- Ability to conceptualise compelling content independently.
- Experience analysing social media performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous Instagram management and organic growth is preferred.

Experience working with premium, luxury, lifestyle, wellness or personal brands will be an advantage.

Important Clarification

This is NOT a performance marketing or paid advertising role.

We are specifically looking for professionals experienced in organic social media management, content strategy, community development and brand storytelling.

Candidates whose primary experience is in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation or paid campaigns may not be suitable.
