Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Ads Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with content and design teams on advertising creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media advertising or performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, communication,



and campaign optimisation skills.
- Google Ads and travel industry experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
