We are looking for a proactive and responsible Social Media Executive who can independently manage client accounts, develop effective social media strategies and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage and oversee assigned client social media accounts.

Understand clients' businesses, objectives, target audiences and industry requirements.

Develop monthly social media strategies, content plans and publishing calendars.

Research industry trends, competitors and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities.

Come up with creative campaign ideas, engaging content concepts and storytelling approaches.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers to ensure timely delivery of quality content.

Manage content scheduling, publishing and social media engagement.

Monitor account performance, analyse insights and prepare monthly performance reports.

Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.

Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively address their requirements.

Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management,



preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Experience handling multiple client accounts.

Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning and audience engagement.

Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Creative thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiative.
