This role requires individuals who can work effectively in a rapid-paced, 24/7 operational environment while ensuring timely response and maintaining situational awareness across enterprise security systems.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and security incidents.
- Respond to alerts, document incidents, and escalate as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams during emergencies and critical events.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
- Support 24x7 security operations and shift handovers.

Required Skills:





- Freshers with SOC related internship, monitoring center experience, or relevant freelance/project experience are encouraged to apply.
- 6 months -3 years of experience in SOC/GSOC/RSOC, Monitoring Center, Command Center, or Control Room operations.
- Strong communication and incident management skills.
- Experience with CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, and access control systems.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
