Role Description The Site Supervisor or Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at commercial interior project sites in Kozhikode. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring work progress against design plans and schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The individual will interpret drawings and specifications, manage resources and site logistics, and promptly address site-level issues to keep projects on track.

The role also involves regular reporting to project managers and design teams, conducting site inspections,



and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status. The position requires close collaboration with the wider Creatabar team to ensure that the built space aligns with approved design concepts and functional requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision or site engineering experience in interior fit-out, commercial construction, or related fields.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing processes relevant to commercial spaces.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards, site compliance requirements, and basic quality control procedures.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and handle day-to-day site issues with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical and operational challenges on site.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience with commercial interior projects or workspace development is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, email, project tracking software).
