Job Title: Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction site operations
- Monitor work progress as per project schedule and report delays
- Ensure proper execution of civil works such as RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Maintain site discipline and workforce management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site
- Maintain daily site reports and progress records
- Manage material usage and avoid wastage
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to senior management
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment,



and machinery
- Assist in site measurements and quantity verification

Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 2–6 years of experience in building construction projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read drawings and understand project plans
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of safety practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential/commercial building projects
- Knowledge of billing basics and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
