About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the interior project or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality execution within the given timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day interior project activities at construction sites.
2. Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
3. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers.
4. Ensure proper execution of non-modular interior works.
5. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
6.



Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
7. Identify and report site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
8. Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project team.
9. Monitor material requirements and coordinate their availability at the site.
10. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper utilization of resources.

Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision or interior project execution.
- Knowledge of interior execution and non-modular works is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
