Education - Any Graduation/Diploma + ADIS (mandatory from MSBTE)

Experience - 5+ years

· Ability to address mass meeting for trainings.

· Positive attitude

· Full knowledge of organisation’s products, processes.

· Electrical, mechanical safety knowledge

· Identify the non-compliances.

· Fair knowledge of PowerPoint, excel, word,

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Working in team and motivating staff and workers.

· Catalyst for making change on ground level.

· Investigation of accidents, near miss incidents.

· Improving discipline at shop floor.

· Identify route cause and initiate action for corrective action.
