Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate with workers, monitor project progress, and ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily site operations and activities.
2. Allocate work to technicians, helpers, and other site workers.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
4. Coordinate with Project Engineers, clients, and management.
5. Maintain daily site attendance and work progress reports.
6. Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
7. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
8. Ensure workers use proper PPE, including helmets,



safety shoes, and safety belts.
9. Identify site-related issues and report them to management.
10. Maintain discipline and coordination among site workers.
