Lochan & Co. is looking for skilled and dedicated Site Engineers (Civil) to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites across Chhattisgarh.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Verify material quality, quantities, and site measurements.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site records, and work updates.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Identify and report technical issues, delays, and site-related challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech / B.E.



in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering

Required Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution preferred.
- Practical experience in building construction, infrastructure, or institutional projects.
- Experience in site supervision, quality monitoring, and contractor coordination.

Technical Skills:

- Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and construction methods.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare DPRs and maintain site documentation.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be willing to work at project sites across Chhattisgarh.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
