Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in solar power projects, particularly ground-mounted solar installations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of solar installation, site execution, project coordination, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise ground-mounted solar power plant installation projects.

- Monitor civil, mechanical, and electrical installation activities at project sites.

- Handle solar module mounting structures, panel installation, inverter installation, and DC/AC cabling.

- Ensure proper installation of solar modules, mounting structures, earthing, and cable routing.

- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, supervisors,



and subcontractors.

- Monitor daily site progress and ensure project completion within timelines.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar power plant installation.

- Mandatory experience in ground-mounted solar projects.

- Good knowledge of solar PV systems, structures, modules, inverters, and electrical connections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
