Key Responsibilities – Site In-Charge | NextGen Homes Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules. Ensure quality control, site safety, and construction standards. Manage manpower, contractors, and material requirements.
Monitor work progress, productivity, and material wastage. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project management. Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation. Preparing BBS, Material requirement ,BOQ etc.
Identify site hindrances and ensure timely resolution. Ensure timely project execution within approved budget and specifications.
