Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities across our residential projects in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and labour teams.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, and construction progress.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Maintain site reports and ensure timely project execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction practices and drawing interpretation.
- Understanding of BOQs, material estimation, and site coordination.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Willingness to work on-site across Bengaluru.
