We are looking for an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Modeller with strong hands-on expertise in configuring and modelling manufacturing processes within Opcenter/Camstar. The candidate should be capable of understanding shop-floor business requirements, translating them into MES workflows and configurations, and supporting implementation, testing and go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with

Siemens Opcenter / Core MES

.

- End-to-end MES process modelling experience using Opcenter/Camstar.

- Robust knowledge of

Opcenter/core modelling and object relationships

.

- Experience configuring shop-floor transactions, workflows and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of core Designer and related configuration/model development.

- Experience with core Interoperability (CIO) / MOM for ERP and equipment integration.

- Understanding of inbound and outbound messaging and system interfaces.

- Experience with

ERP and shop-floor equipment integration

.

- Working knowledge of

SQL queries for validation, analysis and troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of

ISA-95

manufacturing models.

- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, solution configuration and validation.

- Good understanding of manufacturing execution processes and shop-floor operations.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of





Portal Studio and MIO

- Understanding of

PLC, SCADA and OPC connectivity

- Exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.

- Knowledge of hardware, networking and operating systems.

- Understanding of equipment integration and automation interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather manufacturing and shop-floor business requirements and translate them into Opcenter MES configurations.

- Design and configure workflows, operations, transactions and object relationships within Opcenter.

- Perform end-to-end MES process modelling based on manufacturing requirements.

- Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend suitable Opcenter solutions.

- Support ERP and equipment integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain MES configurations in line with agreed design specifications.

- Perform configuration validation, unit testing and troubleshooting.

- Support UAT, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.

- Troubleshoot application and configuration issues and identify appropriate solutions.

- Work closely with business users, manufacturing teams, technical teams and vendors.

- Prepare and maintain technical/configuration documentation.

- Support and guide junior team members where required.
