Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise shuttering activities on high rise building sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of formworks, moulds, and other equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for shuttering operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for minimizing delays, reducing costs, and improving overall project efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all shuttering activities, including records of work completed, materials used, and any defects or issues encountered.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years' experience in shuttering foreman activities in high rise building construction projects (residential real estate).
- Robust knowledge of building construction processes, particularly related to RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures.
- Proficiency in using various types of formwork systems (e.g., Mivan), as well as traditional steel forms.
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately and understand architectural designs; familiarity with relevant building codes/regulations.
