- Role: Short-Form Video Editor

- Experience: 4–5 years

- Contract Duration: Initial three-month contract

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

- Create compelling hooks, maintain strong pacing, and use storytelling techniques to improve audience retention.

- Edit cricket and sports-related content, including player-focused videos, match analysis, podcasts, interviews, and talking-head videos.

- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, sound design, and basic motion graphics to enhance the final output.

- Ensure consistent use of brand logos, watermarks, and other visual guidelines.

- Stay updated with short-form video trends and platform-specific editing styles.

- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to deliver videos aligned with the brief and brand requirements.

Must-Have Skills

- 4–5 years of professional video editing experience, with a robust portfolio of short-form content.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.

- A good understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling,



and audience retention.

- Basic knowledge of AI-powered photo and video editing tools, including AI-assisted image generation, video enhancement, background removal, and other creative editing workflows.

- Ability to use AI tools to improve editing efficiency and enhance the overall quality of content.

- Positive skills in subtitles, transitions, sound design, and basic motion graphics.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Previous experience editing cricket or sports-related content.

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of After Effects and advanced motion graphics.

- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, and talking-head content.

- Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and retention metrics.

Interested candidates should share their portfolio and relevant work samples, particularly examples of short-form videos they have edited.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
