Job Title: Showroom Manager

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day showroom operations.
- Attend to customers and provide product information.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Coordinate with sales staff and assign daily responsibilities.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records.
- Ensure smooth showroom operations and staff discipline.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in showroom management or retail sales.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and billing operations.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
