Role: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications.
- Work on Idea Management, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Portfolio Management.
- Develop and maintain platform components using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
- Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, dashboards and workspace experiences.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver enhancements.
- Support instance upgrades, regression testing, deployments and ongoing platform operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.





Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM.
- Expertise in Demand, Idea, Project, Resource and Portfolio Management.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development best practices.
