Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing SAM Pro foundations, publisher pack integrations, software discovery and normalization, license compliance, and asset lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure ServiceNow SAM Pro foundations, plugins, and out-of-the-box compliance dashboards.
- Load and configure publisher packs for Microsoft, VMware/Broadcom, Citrix, Salesforce, Oracle, CrowdStrike, IBM, and Red Hat.
- Implement software discovery model normalization using the ServiceNow Content Library.
- Configure Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) for EUC, server, and network assets.
- Configure Asset and CI relationships following CMDB and CSDM best practices.
- Integrate SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and ServiceNow Discovery.




- Implement SaaS/API integrations and validate integration data.
- Manage software entitlement imports, workflows, and service catalog items.
- Perform software license reconciliation, normalization, and compliance activities.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production Hypercare.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- 6 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ITAM, ALM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Experience with software licensing models, entitlements, normalization, and reconciliation (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc.).
- Hands-on integration experience with SCCM, Intune, MID Server, Discovery, and SaaS APIs.
- Robust ServiceNow scripting knowledge: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
