The Service Manager is a full time, in office role based in Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves overseeing daily workshop operations, including scheduling and supervising vehicle maintenance and repair activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The Service

Manager will lead and guide service staff, manage work allocation, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of jobs. The position is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and communicating clearly about work performed, timelines, and costs. The role also includes coordinating with parts teams, tracking service performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Candidates should possess strong Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive knowledge to oversee service quality and technical work.





· Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage customer expectations and build long-term relationships.

· Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with technicians, customers, and management.

· Experience in supervising automobile service operations, workshop or service center management is mandatory

· Ability to analyze service reports, manage workflow, and implement process and quality improvements.

Relevant technical qualification or diploma in automobile engineering or a related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
