We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Service Executive to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot UPS and backup power systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer locations.
- Diagnose electrical, battery and equipment-related issues.
- Assist with HVAC and other power infrastructure service requirements, based on technical competence.
- Conduct site visits and attend customer service complaints.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and service team.
- Maintain service reports,



maintenance records and customer details.
- Support commissioning, equipment testing and handover activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in technical service, maintenance or field engineering.
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with UPS systems, batteries, electrical equipment or HVAC will be preferred.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates with relevant UPS, electrical or HVAC field-service experience will be preferred.
