Service Manager – Gym Equipment Sales & Service

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Position Overview The Gym Equipment Service Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment service and maintenance operations, including team supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. This role requires both technical know-how and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery at our Banjara Hills office in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and manage a team of field service technicians and support staff.
- Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and gym equipment installations.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues and client concerns. Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all service work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor service performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
- Inventory Management: Maintain service inventory, spare parts stock, and tools.
- Team Development: Develop training and skill development plans for service technicians.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:



Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support client needs and service contracts.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and service upgrades based on customer feedback and trends.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Desktop computing MS Word, Excel and WhatsApp

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

Age

25 years or above

Experience

1+ years of experience in service management, preferably in technical/gym equipment

Vehicle

Two-wheeler Optional, but good to have (Petrol allowance will be provided)

Skills & Leadership

Strong leadership, team management, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Technical Background

Technical certification or background in electrical/mechanical repair is a plus

Languages

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

Work Details & Benefits

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
