Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CNC/VMC/HMC service team.
- Handle machine installation, commissioning and breakdown support.
- Manage preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with customers for service requirements.
- Monitor service team performance and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer escalations and pan-India service operations.
- Travel across India as per business requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in CNC, VMC and HMC machines.
- Solid technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Team management and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Location Preference: Gujarat-based candidates will be preferred. Candidates from other states with relevant experience may also apply.
