### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with knowledge of CNC machines, VMC, HMC, CNC Spindles, Rotary Tables and Angle Heads. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and after-sales technical support.

### Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of CNC machines, VMC, HMC and industrial machine tools.
- Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of CNC Spindles and Electro Spindles.
- Handling installation, alignment, maintenance and troubleshooting of Rotary Tables.
- Technical servicing and troubleshooting of Angle Heads.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers such as FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi.
- Handle servo drives, motors, spindle drives, ATC and PLC-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend customer-site breakdown calls and provide after-sales service.
- Conduct machine inspection,



testing and performance checks.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal technical teams.

### Required Skills
- CNC / VMC / HMC machine installation and commissioning.
- CNC Spindle and Electro Spindle servicing.
- Rotary Table installation and troubleshooting.
- Angle Head installation and maintenance.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers, PLC and servo drives.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits.

### Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

### Experience

Relevant experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machines, Spindles, Rotary Tables, Angle Heads or industrial machine tools.
