Service Coordinator in Industrial Machine Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule service engineers and technicians for machine installations, preventive maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and urgent breakdown visits. [1]
- Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, complaints, and follow-ups. [1, 2]
- Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination: Liaise with the production, stores, and procurement departments to check spare parts availability, track lead times, and dispatch required components for field repairs. [1, 2]
- Quoting & Contracts: Prepare commercial quotations for service visits, spare parts replacements, and service/warranty contracts. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service call logs, machine installation history, AMC databases, and daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. [1]
- Invoicing & Billing Support: Coordinate with the accounts department to track service billing, process job sheets, and support payment follow-ups. [1,

- Logistics & Travel: Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodations, visas, or tool kits) for service engineers dispatched to customer sites. [1]

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in after-sales service coordination, customer support, or technical administration within heavy/industrial engineering or machine manufacturing.
- Technical Understanding: Basic familiarity with industrial machinery, mechanical/electrical systems, and spare parts cataloging.
- Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP systems, CRM/service management software, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, multi-tasking, and de-escalation/problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹12,200.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
