Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for semiconductor manufacturing and NPD operations.

- Advise management on operational strategies, technology improvements, and business development opportunities.

- Oversee and guide day-to-day NPD operations.

- Identify and recommend new technologies, processes, and systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Support the development and implementation of operational policies, technical standards, and procedures.

- Guide cross-functional teams in achieving operational and organizational objectives.

- Review project plans, resource requirements, cost estimates, and operational budgets.

- Monitor operational performance and recommend corrective and improvement measures.

- Identify technical training requirements and mentor the technical management team.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen the company's competitive position.

- Provide periodic technical and operational performance updates to senior management.





- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical advisory and strategic planning capabilities.

- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing / OSAT operations.

- Strong understanding of NPD and manufacturing operations.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to guide cross-functional teams and senior management.

- Solid analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Knowledge of operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.
