Job Summary

MagnusTEK Info Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment requirements across US IT and Non-IT domains, identifying qualified talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates matching technical and functional requirements.
- Perform advanced Boolean searches and targeted candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to understand client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Manage multiple job requirements and meet submission and placement targets.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters when required.

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and staffing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
