We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with MNC clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide candidates regarding interview procedures and provide regular updates.
- Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment requirements.
- Assist with office administration whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
