Our client, a growing pharmacy retail chain focused on making quality medicines affordable and accessible, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan hiring accordingly.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, vendors and job portals.
- Establish and strengthen campus recruitment partnerships with colleges and universities.
- Monitor recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring TAT and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Improve sourcing strategies,



candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and team coordination.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, MIS and hiring dashboards.
- Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
