About the Role
You will own the day-to-day administration, reliability, automation, and security of our internal IT and cloud infrastructure across Linux, Windows, identity, endpoints, networking, and DevOps platforms.
What You Will Do
Linux and Windows Server Administration
- Administer Linux and Windows servers, including operating-system provisioning, configuration, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Apply secure-hardening standards and troubleshoot performance, availability, authentication, and application issues through root-cause analysis and documented remediation.
Identity, SSO, MFA, and Access Management
- Manage identity platforms, SSO integrations, MFA policies, roles, groups, and least-privilege access across corporate and cloud systems.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and execute timely onboarding, role-change, and offboarding workflows in partnership with People and functional teams.
Endpoint and SaaS Administration
- Manage corporate endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration profiles, security baselines, software deployment, compliance monitoring, and remote support.
- Administer key SaaS platforms such as GitHub, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Jira, and Slack, including licensing, integrations, permissions, and user support.
Networking, VPN, DNS, Backups, and Disaster Recovery
- Maintain office and cloud networking, VPN access, DNS, firewalls, and connectivity, and diagnose network performance and availability issues.
- Operate backup and disaster-recovery processes, verify backup integrity, test restoration procedures, and maintain recovery documentation and readiness.
Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Support Kubernetes environments across Amazon EKS, Google GKE, or Azure AKS, including cluster access,
upgrades, troubleshooting, observability, and workload reliability.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure, applying controlled changes, reviewing failures, and improving repeatability across environments.
Systems Automation
- Automate recurring administration, monitoring, reporting, provisioning, and remediation tasks using Bash or Python.
- Build maintainable scripts with clear documentation, version control, logging, error handling, and appropriate testing and review.
Vulnerability, Endpoint, and Secrets Security
- Run vulnerability-management activities, including scanning, triage, risk-based prioritization, remediation tracking, exception handling, and stakeholder reporting.
- Administer EDR and secrets-management platforms, investigate alerts, enforce secure secret storage and rotation, and support incident response.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Audit Support
- Collect, organize, and validate technical evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, including access, change, vulnerability, backup, and security-monitoring records.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, respond to evidence requests, identify control gaps, and work with control owners to complete remediation actions.
