We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Senior Steward to join our team in Greater Kailash (GK), New Delhi.

The Senior

Steward will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage dining operations and assist in supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking exact orders, and delivering outstanding service.

The Senior

Steward will assist the captain or manager in supervising junior stewards, ensuring a smooth workflow on the dining floor.

Responsibilities also encompass setting up tables properly, managing reservations, and ensuring quick table turnarounds to enhance the dining experience.



Maintaining strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area is essential, along with adhering to food safety protocols. Additionally, the Senior Steward will be responsible for upselling menu items, specials, and beverages to guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, guest handling, and interpersonal skills. A well-groomed, polite, punctual, and highly responsible individual is preferred. The ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours is crucial for success in this role.
