Role Overview

We are seeking a Commerce Strategy Consultant with deep expertise in digital commerce and a robust perspective on the future of commerce This individual will help clients navigate the evolving commerce landscape and define growth strategies spanning digital physical and emerging commerce channels

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on commerce transformation commerce operating models and digital growth strategies

Develop points of view and thought leadership on Agentic Commerce Social Commerce Live Commerce Conversational Commerce Creator Commerce Retail Media and AIdriven shopping experiences

Assess commerce maturity and identify opportunities for revenue growth customer experience innovation and operational improvement

Shape strategic recommendations by connecting consumer trends platform innovation data AI and business objectives

Partner with marketing customer experience data technology and product teams to design endtoend commerce strategies





Support business development through proposals client workshops and executive presentations

Experience Skills

812 years of experience in commerce strategy digital transformation eCommerce or customer experience consulting

Strong understanding of modern commerce ecosystems platforms operating models and business models

Demonstrated expertise in emerging constructs such as Agentic Commerce AIpowered shopping Social Commerce Live Commerce Marketplace Commerce and Retail Media

Ability to connect technology and consumer trends with commercial outcomes and growth opportunities

Excellent consulting storytelling workshop facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to develop marketfacing thought leadership and industry perspectives
