Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions on Conversive’s demand capture and conversion platform. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical architectures, and leading end-to-end solution design across integrations, data flows, and application components.

The Senior Solutions

Architect will work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to guide software development efforts, validate designs,



and ensure solutions align with best practices, performance, and compliance standards. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical discovery and consulting sessions, preparing architectural documentation, overseeing integration with CRM and communication systems, and supporting pre-sales efforts with demos and technical proposals. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to architecture standards, and continuously improving solution patterns for high-consideration industries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to translate complex requirements into practical architectures and optimized workflows.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with experience in contemporary programming languages, APIs, and cloud-based application design.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience with REST/JSON APIs, webhooks, messaging platforms, and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
- Relevant experience in customer engagement, contact center, or conversational AI platforms is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, mortgage, education, automotive, or legal is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
