We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Solution Engineer – Java to design, build, and operate robust cloud-native data and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid Java software engineering skills, deep hands-on AWS experience, and practical experience with Snowflake.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade software and data solutions.
- Build scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake.
- Develop Java-based applications, APIs, cloud integrations, and automation.
- Design, model, and optimise Snowflake datasets and data structures.
- Implement clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
- Develop cloud-native integrations using AWS compute, storage, networking, security, orchestration, and event-driven services.
- Manage production deployments, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

? Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Data Engineering.




- Strong Java programming expertise, including software design, APIs, automated testing, packaging, and dependency management.
- Deep hands-on AWS experience, including cloud architecture, IAM, security, monitoring, and serverless or event-driven services.
- Experience working with Snowflake, including data pipelines, data modelling, and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and production support.
- Experience designing and operating enterprise-grade cloud-native systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

⭐ Preferred Skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
- Amazon Bedrock, Generative AI, RAG, and agent-based AI solutions.
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows and evaluation practices.
- Financial services industry experience.
