About the role

You will design and write automated tests for web, API and desktop applications, and keep them running reliably in CI.

What you will do

- Write automated UI and API tests
- Maintain and improve the automation framework
- Run tests in CI and investigate failures
- Log transparent defects and work with developers to resolve them
- Review test cases written by other engineers

What you will need

- 3–6 years in test automation
- Playwright, Selenium or a similar tool
- Python, C#, Java or TypeScript
- Building multi-layered test execution that validates API, shell/CLI and browser layers in the same run
- Using AI tools to generate and inject test data dynamically
- Experience running tests in Jenkins or another CI tool

Good to have

- Desktop automation (pywinauto or FlaUI)
- Performance testing basics
- Familiarity with industrial IT/OT protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments

Education

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field, or MCA
