Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end lateral recruitment across various roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:




• Prior hands-on experience in lateral hiring is mandatory.
• Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements independently.
