We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to be the face of CampusHub AI—bridging the gap between visionary school leaders and our product team to drive both adoption and long-term success. Role Overview As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a dual role in driving growth and ensuring customer success. You will spearhead outreach to prospective K-12 schools and educational institutions to expand CampusHub AI’s footprint, while nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our existing partner schools. Additionally, you will work closely with our Product Specialists to ensure every new school experiences a smooth, stress-free onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. School Outreach & Business Development
* Identify, prospect, and initiate outreach to new schools, educational trusts, and decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Trustees, and IT Heads).
* Pitch CampusHub AI’s value proposition clearly and schedule product demonstrations.
* Manage the outreach pipeline from initial contact to deal closure in collaboration with the sales and product teams. 2. Client Relationship Management & Retention
* Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for existing partner schools using CampusHub AI.
* Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly review meetings with school management to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure high platform adoption.
* Proactively resolve client escalations, address queries, and identify opportunities for account expansion or renewals. 3.



Onboarding & Product Coordination
* Partner directly with Product Specialists during the transition from signed contract to active implementation.
* Assist in coordinating data collection, stakeholder alignment, and training schedules with school staff to ensure timely onboarding.
* Translate unique school requirements to the Product Specialist and engineering teams to ensure the platform is configured accurately for each institution. What We Are Looking For

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development—preferably within the EdTech, SaaS, or education sector.
* Industry Network: Familiarity with how school ecosystems operate; an existing network of K-12 school leaders is a strong plus.
* Communication

Skills:
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the confidence to engage top-level school administrators.
* Collaborative Mindset: Ability to coordinate smoothly with internal technical/product specialists and non-technical school staff alike.
