Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Android technical leader to design, develop, and deliver complex Android application features. The role requires strong coding expertise along with architecture, code review, mentoring, and technical decision-making responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Android application components.

- Build and guide mobile feature development.

- Make architecture and technical design decisions.

- Conduct code reviews and guide engineering best practices.

- Mentor Android engineers.

- Resolve complex production issues.

- Improve application performance and reliability.

- Drive successful mobile application releases.

- Collaborate with global engineering teams.

- Improve testing and code quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

- 7-9 years of software engineering experience.





- Robust Kotlin and Android SDK development experience.

- Experience with Android Studio and Gradle.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON integration.

- Experience with Git version control.

- Hands-on unit and UI testing experience.

- Experience with Android architecture patterns.

- Proven delivery of Android applications in production.

Preferred Qualifications

- Jetpack Compose experience.

- Coroutines and MVVM architecture knowledge.

- Modular application architecture experience.

- CI/CD exposure.

- Application observability and monitoring experience.

- Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
